The objective of this research is to identify the key drivers influence the whistleblowing policies disclosure, explore the differences in whistleblowing policy disclosure of the Indian listed firms and finally to construct whistleblowing index for the Indian context. This project shall provide the empirical study where principal-principal conflict theory is extended to explain drivers of whistleblowing policy disclosure and, hence, brings new insights to the literature on whistleblowing policy disclosure.
