At Florida State University, Brooke Abbott represents the kind of student whose impact extends far beyond the classroom. As a 2026 Regional Outstanding Student Award recipient, she embodies the spirit of growth, resilience, and service that defines the very purpose of this recognition.

Brooke’s journey into entrepreneurship did not begin with a business plan or a pitch deck. It began with something far more personal. Growing up with severe food allergies, she experienced firsthand the isolation that comes with being unable to enjoy everyday foods that others take for granted. Rather than accept those limitations, she chose to create her own solution. What started as a desire for a cupcake that actually tasted good quickly turned into something much bigger.

By the age of fifteen, Brooke had launched her own business, initially operating out of her home and selling at local farmers markets. Those early mornings and long weekends became a training ground for discipline, customer engagement, and operational execution. More importantly, they revealed the deeper purpose behind her work. She was not just baking. She was creating moments of inclusion for people who had long felt left out.

That purpose has only grown stronger during her time at Florida State University. As an Entrepreneurship major, Brooke has embraced both the academic rigor and the collaborative environment of her program. Her experience reflects a balance that many aspire to but few truly achieve. She maintains a strong academic record, earning a 3.731 GPA and recognition on the Dean’s List, while actively building and scaling her business.

Today, her venture, All the Goods Gluten-Free Bakery, stands as a testament to her ability to turn personal insight into real-world impact. Through thoughtful product development and strategic decision-making, she has grown the business into a revenue-generating operation, successfully catering large events and serving hundreds of customers. Her ability to analyze trends, curate offerings, and build digital infrastructure demonstrates a level of business maturity that goes well beyond her years.

Yet what truly distinguishes Brooke is not just what she has built, but how she has built it. Her work consistently centers on service. Whether she is fulfilling an order for a sorority where a significant portion of members have dietary restrictions or hearing from a customer who is tasting a fresh pastry for the first time in years, her focus remains the same. She is solving a real problem and improving the experience of others in a meaningful way.

Her involvement with the Society for Advancement of Management further reflects this commitment to community and leadership. As Social Coordinator for the FSU chapter, Brooke plays an active role in strengthening member engagement and fostering connections that extend beyond the classroom. Through event planning and networking initiatives, she contributes to an environment where students can grow both professionally and personally.

Balancing a full academic schedule, a growing business, professional internships, and active campus involvement is no small feat. Brooke has navigated these demands with a level of discipline and clarity of purpose that speaks to her character. She understands the reality of the “hustle,” but she also understands why it matters. When challenges arise, she returns to her core motivation, which is to serve others and meet a need that is often overlooked.

The Regional Outstanding Student Award exists to recognize students who demonstrate not only achievement, but meaningful development over time. Brooke Abbott’s story reflects both. She has taken personal challenges and transformed them into opportunities for innovation, connection, and impact.

As she looks ahead to future goals, including the vision of opening a brick-and-mortar storefront, there is little doubt that her trajectory will continue to build on the foundation she has already established. More importantly, she will continue to do so with the same purpose that started it all. One thoughtful decision, one customer experience, and one community connection at a time.

Brooke Abbott’s journey is a reminder that leadership often begins with a simple question. What if I could make this better for someone else? In answering that question, she has already made a lasting impact.
