The Society for Advancement of Management (SAM), a leading nonprofit organization founded in 1912 to advance the practice and study of management, proudly announces the re-election of Ally Dolan as National Secretary for a second two-year term.
Dolan currently serves as Large Group Account Manager at the Hilb Group New England and as an Adjunct Professor at the New England Institute of Technology. With a professional career that blends corporate strategy, client service, and academic insight, she brings both precision and passion to her work with SAM.
Her ongoing service as Secretary reflects the trust SAM places in her ability to maintain the organization’s national records with consistency, transparency, and professionalism. Dolan earned her MBA from Johnson & Wales University and holds both bachelor’s and associate’s degrees in Business Management from New England Institute of Technology.
“Ally’s dedication to SAM has been exceptional,” said Patrick Endicott, Executive Director of the Society for Advancement of Management. “She is organized, responsive, and always brings a thoughtful approach to board communications. We are thrilled to have her continue in this vital leadership role.”
As SAM continues to expand its programming and outreach across academic and professional communities, Dolan’s experience in both sectors reinforces the organization’s mission to integrate management practice with education and innovation.
The Society congratulates Ally Dolan on her re-election and looks forward to her continued contributions to its national leadership team.
