The programming committee for the 78th Annual SAM International Business Conference is pleased to announce the acceptance of the presentation Systemic Propaganda by Biff Baker from Metropolitan State University Denver.
Presentation Abstract: This research challenges the unfounded belief in systemic racism that is treated as truth by the American media in 2023. I argue that CRT theorists and systemic racism paradigms are based predominantly upon opinion and anecdotes while being devoid of substantive supporting facts in contrast to true systemic racism as demonstrated by NAZIs against Jews in the last century. Income by Race and Murders by Race present two critical data points that refute the unproven theory that the United States is inherently racist, and that American Blacks are oppressed in 2023. I argue that CRT theorists’ systemic racism paradigms are based upon opinion and anecdotes – a correlation that is devoid of causal relationships. This research contributes to the growing Critical White Studies (CWS) field by exposing false narratives and anti-white propaganda; and provides empirical analysis for use by business leaders.
