Presentation announcement for The Impact Of Learning Process On Students’ Social Behavior: Pre & Post Sessional Outlines.

The programming committee for the 78th Annual SAM International Business Conference is pleased to announce the acceptance of the presentation The Impact Of Learning Process On Students’ Social Behavior: Pre & Post Sessional Outlines by Asif Iqbal from the Alhamd Islamic University.

Presentation Abstract: Generally, it is assumed that the quality of being “social” is genetic, which cannot be achieved through learning process (LP). To testify this phenomenon, participants from different background were chosen and proper attention was paid and observe their perception on every event discussed during session. It was observed to what extent environment is acceptable and match with the learner’s capacity and interest. Most of the participants stated that they feel personal development due to participating in this session. Some of the general remarks from the participants revolve around self-confidence, individual perception, social recognition, societal sensitivity, sharing & caring, practicality, future challenges, potential worries, and possible future dynamics. More specifically, significant personal growth was observed in their social behavioral (e.g., control emotions, situational ambiguity, self-empowerment, recognition, and citizenship).
