Presentation Abstract: Leading complex higher education institutions is a daunting task, especially in challenging environments such as the recent pandemic and the projected enrollment shortfall for the near future. Join us to hear the perspectives of four presidents/chancellors from various sectors of higher education across three states. Issues explored will include challenges of the pandemic, enrollment and resource issues, and the ever-changing perceptions of the value of higher education. The session will conclude with opportunities for audience participation with questions, answers, and dialogue regarding the future of higher education in the ever-changing environment.
