James Rutherford, vice-president of senior chapter operations, would like to remind chapter officers that reports and meetings are scheduled for the following dates:
January 15: Chapter presidents submit monthly report to vice-president of senior chapter operations.
January 21: Region #13 chapter officers’ workshop, Los Angeles, California.
January 25: Chapters submit quarterly financial report to headquarters.
January 25: Regional vice-presidents submit written reports to vice-president of senior chapter operations.
February 1: S.A.M. vice-presidentsenior chapter operations issues a written report to S.A.M. international president.
February 9: Regional workshop for chapter officers, Appleton, Wisconsin.
February 10: S.A.M. International Board of Directors and Executive Committee Meetings, Appleton, Wisconsin.
February 15: Chapter presidents submit monthly report to vice-president of senior chapter operations.
March 1: Chapters submit to headquarters reports on their three best chapter meetings of the year.
March 1: Regional vice-presidents whose terms are expiring conduct elections within their regions for regional vice-president and alternate.
March 5: Regional vice-presidents report regional election results to headquarters.
May 15-17: Annual S.A.M. International Conference, William Penn Hotel, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. SAM-NI
