As reported in the last issue of News International, we are currently experimenting with a new chapter development program centered in Kansas City, Missouri. Through the assistance of Allan F. Blackman, we will be developing new chapters in several Midwest cites, including Kansas City; Topeka, Kansas; St. Louis, Missouri; Omaha, Nebraska; and Jefferson City, Missouri.
